We offer all day rentals with next day pick ups! Deliveries are typically made between the hours of 7am - 2pm but can vary. Your 2 hour delivery window will be sent to you via text message the day before your party once routes are created. We will back back to pickup your rental the following day, will send an ETA on when we are on our way! If you have a specific party start time please feel free to note it in the customer comments during check out.

That depends on how many rentals we have that day. Generally we arrive 1-4 hours before the rental time begins. If we have a lot of rentals that day, we may need offer a delivery the evening before the rental.
No. The inflatable should be clean when you get it. High Five Party Rentals ensures that all of our inflatables are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected after every rental.
Yes and No. A blower keeps air in the jump unit the entire time. Once unplugged they deflate. That's why we require an outlet within 50 feet of the unit or a generator. Longer cords can pop your circuit breaker so we bring our own heavy duty cords. The units can be powered off when not in use and when weather does not permit for them to stay inflated.
We love setting up at parks but most parks do NOT have electricity and if they do they they generally overload easily. If you want to set up at a park, you must rent a generator. We rent generators at a reasonable cost. Remember that many parks require reservations and proof of insurance and for that reason we may need to contact the park to confirm your reservations and provide insurance documentation as needed.

Please note that we do require a Minimum Payment up front upon checkout that is not refundable, but will be credited toward the full balance. If you cancel within the 7 days prior to the event, we will retain that Minimum Payment in a Raincheck, good for one full year toward a future event. If you cancel before the 7 days leading up to the Event, your full balance can be refunded or placed in a Raincheck, whichever you prefer.
Yes all orders require a $20 Credit Card deposit. The are fully refundable if you cancel your order at least 8 days prior to your rental date. If you cancel between 2-7 days prior to your rental you will be given a rain check that is good for 1 year.
We offer inlfatables in lots of varying sizes. Please note the space required for each inflated (listed near the large picture) as some are VERY big and require extra space. When in doubt, measure your space to make sure it will fit. Inflatables need room to be staked and they need room for the blower and can't rub against walls or trees as this may damage the inflatables. The sizes listed with each inflatable include the space needed for stakes etc. If you have stairs or a tiered backyard, please call our office to discuss options for setup
Check the requirements listed with each inflatable. Also, make sure you have at least a 4 feet of access to the area where it will be set up. Some inflatables can weigh up to 650 pounds so we need a clear path with ample room.
We can set up on Grass (our favorite and best for the kids), turf, dirt, asphalt, concrete and gravel. There is an additional fee for dirt surfaces as they require additional cleaning time.

Yes and no. You are not responsible for normal wear and tear on our units. Seams may develop tears in high traffic areas over a period of time. If this happens please alert us at once so we can remedy the situation. If however, damage occurs due to failure to follow our safety rules or negligence (i.e. not turning off the blower in high winds) you will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the unit/blower etc which can cost thousands of dollars. We don't want you or us to be in that situation which is why we have you sign and initial on all of our safety rules so that you can be the trained operator.
